1. Promotional prices are subjected to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

2. Promotion is only valid for in-store purchases and does not apply for third-party marketplaces.

3. Promotion is not applicable for past purchases.

4. Products purchased from 05 September 2020 at 00:00 (SGT) to 09 September 2020 at 23:59 (SGT) are no refundable or exchangeable, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Promotional prices are only applicable for the stated packages, customer will not be entitled to promotional price if there is any customisation to package items.

6. Promotional price excludes accessories and installation works.

7. Promotion will not apply for items out of stock at time of purchase.

8. All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts orvouchers. In the event where there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount or voucher, whichever he/she deems most appropriate.

10. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hupfarri reserves the right, at its sole discretion to amend, withdraw or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and in such event, Hupfarri shall not have any liability whatsoever.
